Description

Lead functional business process improvements and system implementations for MAPICS/Infor XA environments.

You will own the full lifecycle from requirement analysis through user acceptance testing and end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to distinguish underlying user needs from proposed solution ideas.
• Manage requirement scope through gap analysis, integration testing, and user acceptance methodology.
• Document solution designs, process maps, and system implications for business process changes.
• Execute test cycles including CRP and UAT to verify data integrity and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate end-user training and support end-to-end processes across system touch points.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of MAPICS/Infor XA (9.x).
• Functional expertise in Make, Planning, Inventory Management, and Procurement.
• Experience conducting CRP and UAT test cycles.
• Ability to perform gap analysis and process mapping.
• Strong analytical skills for decomposing high-level information into detailed requirements.

• Any Graduate degree.
