Description

You will design and validate end-to-end business processes within the MAPICS/Infor XA ecosystem, translating business requirements into detailed solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Document solution designs and process maps based on gathered business requirements.
• Manage requirement scope through gap analysis, integration testing, and user acceptance methodology.
• Collaborate with project teams to define and validate solutions while assessing system implications of process changes.
• Execute test cycles including CRP and UAT, verify data integrity, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate and prepare training materials for end users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or functional consulting.
• In-depth functional knowledge of MAPICS/Infor XA (9.x).
• Hands-on expertise in Make, Planning, Inventory Management, and Procurement functional areas.
• Ability to decompose high-level information into detailed technical requirements.
• Experience conducting integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Strong analytical skills to reconcile conflicts and distinguish true user needs from requests.
• Ability to map end-to-end processes and identify system touch points.
• Any Graduate degree.
