Description

You will provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for the MarginMan application, ensuring system stability and minimizing business impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents to maintain operational continuity.
• Perform system health checks, data validation, and log monitoring.
• Participate in change management, including testing and deploying application updates and patches.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and collaborate with development teams on long-term fixes.
• Maintain support documentation, including troubleshooting guides and user manuals.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in development and application support.
• Hands-on experience with the MarginMan Trading application.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Proficiency in MSSQL and database management.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience using monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• In-depth knowledge of the MarginMan application.
• Strong understanding of financial products, margin calculations, and risk management principles.
• Experience working within a financial services environment.
