Description

You will monitor and maintain the efficiency of software supporting maritime vessel operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and enhance applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Administer applications and manage user role provisioning following security guidelines.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Execute and document unit, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects to improve vessel and crew support systems.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of IT application experience specifically within the maritime industry.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting SaaS applications.
• Experience working within cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
• Proven experience in software architecture design and engineering.
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Ability to write detailed technical specifications.
• Experience in system administration and user role management.
