Lead technical projects and market data initiatives within strict schedule and scope constraints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day technical project tasks, including progress monitoring, success metrics aggregation, and risk management.
• Facilitate discussions between business owners, stakeholders, and IT specialists to document requirements, assumptions, and scope changes.
• Lead system integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions, coordinating with functional disciplines for end-to-end planning.
• Report project deviations across governance forums and manage risk escalation to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of technology project management experience within the financial services industry.
• Deep knowledge of exchanges (NYSE, Nasdaq, BATS, etc.) and their operational mechanics.
• Experience with market data teams in low-latency, real-time environments.
• Familiarity with B2B data providers such as BT and TNX.
• Understanding of computer networking topology.
• Proficiency in Data Management, Technical Documentation, and PMO processes.
• Ability to synthesize large datasets into polished presentations for management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple tasks under aggressive deadlines in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Visio, ServiceNow, and Scrum Master methodologies.
