Description

You will build and maintain market data applications and REST APIs to support financial analysis and investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop data ingestion pipelines to collect and integrate data from market data vendors.
• Implement efficient ETL processes using Azure Data Factory and Databricks to transform and load data.
• Design and maintain complex T-SQL queries and stored procedures for data manipulation.
• Deploy applications to the Azure Cloud, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Provide production support and resolve issues to ensure minimal disruption to trading activities.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of practical work experience in system architecture and software application development.
• Strong experience in .NET Core with C# for scalable web applications.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL Server for database interaction and performance optimization.
• Experience building and maintaining libraries to scale API development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and cloud-based deployment practices.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of data feeds and modeling from vendors such as BBG, Intex, S&P, or MSCI.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
