You will use data-driven insights to optimize pricing, promotions, and product assortments within the CPG industry.

Responsibilities

• Gather and preprocess data from sales, market research, customer feedback, and social media sources.
• Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and machine learning to predict consumer behavior and sales performance.
• Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, supply chain, and IT teams to implement data-driven strategies.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory to optimize availability and minimize costs.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in market research.
• Direct experience with Nielsen and Mintel databases.
• Proven background in the CPG industry.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Strong SQL skills for database querying.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Deep understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
• Ability to interpret and analyze complex datasets.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
