You will handle market research and sales pipeline progression, from prospecting to closing new business.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects and set appointments through rigorous follow-ups.
• Conduct qualifying sales calls and manage the sales cycle to close new business.
• Shadow demonstration sessions for the first three months, then own demonstration activities for prospects.
• Collaborate with the BD team to guide prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Partner with the BD/Sales team to define requirements for marketing content and brochures.

Required Skills

• 0-2 years of experience in Business Development or sales within the IT Industry.
• Knowledge of CRM and Business Development principles.
• Experience generating qualified leads from LinkedIn or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and personal integrity.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree.
