Responsibilities

• Perform primary and secondary market research by networking with IT technology vendors.
• Translate client needs into product offerings and support Application Development and IT Managed Service RFPs.
• Lead internal Bid Management teams through the RFP process.
• Create informative reports and analysis using knowledge of operational systems and applications.
• Manage project timelines, monitor data integrity, and summarize research findings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in market research or analytical roles.
• MBA in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Experience with research design and analytical methods.
• Proficiency in networking with IT technology vendors.
• Experience conducting competitive market environment analysis.
• Proven ability to lead bid management processes for RFPs.
• Ability to correlate internal trends with broader industry shifts.
