Description

You will manage market and liquidity risk exposures arising from trade execution and settlement activities within the clearing corporations and the depository.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of market risk associates and analysts.
• Review and sign off on daily deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
• Monitor market conditions and economic trends to anticipate impacts on member margin requirements.
• Evaluate changes in member market risk exposures, liquidity needs, and settlement obligations to provide mitigation solutions.
• Manage issues from internal audits and regulatory exams by developing and implementing remediation plans.
• Drive risk systems design, continuous process improvements, and new business initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in risk management.
• Direct experience with FICC.
• Deep understanding of margining methodologies and financial markets.
• Proven ability to manage market, liquidity, and credit risk frameworks.
• Experience managing regulatory exams and internal audit remediation.
• Ability to lead and develop global teams.
• Strong knowledge of clearing and settlement processes.
