Description
You will bridge the gap between customer-facing Sales teams and the Data Analytics and Automation Technology Practice. Your role is to translate customer business needs into viable Data and Analytics solutions, supporting pre-sales activities and market research.
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales and solution activities, including RFP proposal preparation and articulation of technical solutions.
- Conduct market research on Data, Analytics, and AI/ML trends to support thought leadership and whitepaper creation.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to prepare digital content, case studies, and service offerings for Data Analytics initiatives.
- Coordinate with senior leaders and delivery resources to validate customer requirements and meet business objectives.
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of Data Platform Services (DW/BI, Data Modernisation, Data Lakes, ETL, Migration, Visualisation).
- Knowledge of Cognitive Automation services (AI/ML, LLM, RPA, Process Mining).
- Ability to perform cost/benefit and scope analysis for technology services.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including technical writing.
- Experience with RFP processes and solution acceleration.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Data Cloud and AI/ML.
- Prior exposure to offshore technical delivery or consulting for US-based Retail, BFS, or other industry customers.
