Description

You will design, test, and maintain complex Campaign deployments using Unica and Adobe Campaign. You own the release pipeline, including implementing patch updates and major version upgrades. You troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and resolve errors in Campaign applications. You collaborate with network, database, and security teams to provide architecture solutions and administration guidelines. You also manage user accounts, monitor system health, and perform server cleanup activities.

Responsibilities

• Administer Unica and Adobe Campaign environments, including workflow activities, delivery activities, and technical workflows.
• Triage database performance issues using SQL and debug errors in Campaign applications.
• Execute functional, data-level, and system-level tests to ensure deployment quality.
• Support monitoring of system loads and enhance reports or queries as needed.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and access requirements following security guidelines.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of combined experience administering Unica and Adobe Campaign.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic, including Workflow, Delivery, and User/Role Administration.
• Proficiency with Unica Campaign flowcharts, custom macros, loaders, segments, and raw SQL.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting database performance issues.
• Experience with Windows Server and WebSphere.
• Proven ability in problem solving, debugging, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
