Description

Administer Unica and Adobe Campaign environments, ensuring system stability and performance for complex campaign deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and maintain complex Campaign deployments using Unica and Adobe Campaign.
• Own the release pipeline, implementing patch updates and major version upgrades.
• Triage database performance issues using SQL and debug errors in Campaign applications.
• Execute functional, data-level, and system-level tests to ensure deployment quality.
• Collaborate with network, database, and security teams to provide architecture solutions and administration guidelines.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of combined experience administering Unica and Adobe Campaign.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic, including Workflow, Delivery, and User/Role Administration.
• Proficiency with Unica Campaign flowcharts, custom macros, loaders, segments, and raw SQL.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting database performance issues.
• Experience with Windows Server and WebSphere.
• Proven ability in problem solving, debugging, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
