Description

Support the U.S. marketing and communications team in developing industry strategies and execution plans to increase service awareness and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams across the Americas to implement campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and competitor strategies.
• Create marketing collateral and content, including social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate and manage events, webinars, trade shows, and client activities.
• Support marketing operations, media relations, and internal and external communications.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, writing, public relations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, writing, public relations, or business development.
• Experience in marketing or communications roles, preferably within the service industry.
• Proven ability to manage time-sensitive deliverables and multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
