Description

You will design and deploy scalable technical solutions for omni-channel marketing campaigns across Email, Web, SMS, and WhatsApp.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into executable technical designs and personalized customer segments using complex data sets.
• Own the QA process and ongoing monitoring of outbound campaigns from source data to final execution.
• Provide production support for campaign platforms, including troubleshooting emergent issues and acting as the on-call lead for investigations.
• Drive process improvements, documentation standards, and methodologies to increase operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise-level Marketing Automation, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• 3+ years of experience constructing workflows and A/B split testing using Automation Studio, Advertising Studio, and Journey Builder.
• 3+ years of experience working with complex data sets and SQL syntax to produce customer segments.
• Hands-on experience with customer data warehouses and integrated customer communications environments.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical production issues rapidly.
• Strong analytical approach to monitoring marketing program performance and deriving business insights.
