You will drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital channels and cross-channel customer journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy and execution for digital channels, including promotional and service communications.
  • Map customer journeys and optimize cross-channel interactions to improve engagement.
  • Lead digital channel campaigns by defining targeting, test plan strategies, and coordinating execution partners.
  • Manage a significant portion of the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud integrations.
  • Own content governance and process management once implementations are live.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of overall professional experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and digital channel campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in customer journey mapping.
  • Experience managing stakeholder requirements during technical implementations.
  • Ability to use engagement and business metrics to drive recommendations.
  • Experience with content governance and process ownership.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience collaborating with data, analytics, and technology teams to build and launch new communication capabilities.

Education

Any Graduate
