Description

Design and configure marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Build email journeys, automation workflows, and personalized content in Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Implement data-driven segmentation and audience targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign execution and drive measurable results.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and resolve technical platform issues.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, specifically with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions.
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts and experience with Salesforce CRM integration.
• Ability to develop and execute complex marketing campaigns and workflows.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Journey Builder).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, SQL, and AMPscript.
