Description

You will manage the end-to-end delivery and quality assurance of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking from start to finish.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Data, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure accurate launches.
• Manage campaign components including offers, list generation, disclosures, and personalization.
• Perform manual User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate marketing campaigns.
• Document test cases, reports, and campaign performance metrics.
• Support the deployment of decisioning strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign validation and testing.
• Proven experience with manual User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Deep understanding of campaign management, offer management, and list generation.
• Knowledge of disclosures, compliance, decisioning, and personalization.
• Experience working in regulated environments, such as banking or financial services.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to document detailed test cases and technical reports.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and marketing automation tools.
