You will drive business growth by acting as a customer expert and developing data-driven audience optimization recommendations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account managers to determine optimal support for customer portfolios.
• Analyze data and trends to create actionable insights and optimize campaign performance against sales targets.
• Develop, execute, and manage marketing programs, campaigns, and brand communication strategies.
• Own the development of the brand narrative and manage brand budgets.
• Report on key performance indicators and value delivered to customers.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management.
• Experience managing full-funnel campaigns with branding and performance KPIs.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, for analyzing number-based reports.
• Strong project management skills and understanding of management principles.
• Ability to manage a brand across multiple markets and work cross-functionally.
• Proven ability to identify long-term opportunities and market trends.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or advertising.
• Google Ads Display certification.
• Background in data analysis and interpreting data for business recommendations.
