Description

You will lead the marketing function and own all aspects of marketing and communications to grow brand awareness and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products and services.
• Manage social media presence and maintain multiple websites using WordPress.
• Develop marketing and communication strategies by researching target audiences and setting clear objectives.
• Execute content distribution across blogs and online sites while managing webinars and events.
• Produce sales presentations, white papers, capability brochures, and promotional collateral.
• Monitor and report on digital campaign performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of marketing experience.
• 6-7 years of experience planning and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all channels.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Video Marketing, and LinkedIn Marketing.
• Proficiency in WordPress website management and analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Strong content writing and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to identify emerging technologies and trends to optimize spend.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the IT/ITES or technology sector.
• Experience handling PPC, CPC, and CPA marketing campaigns for Software/Product Engineering Services.
• Hands-on experience with Google AdWords campaign structure and conversion optimization.
• Working knowledge of Mailchimp, Constant Contact, AHREF, SEMrush, Zoho PageSense, or Microsoft Clarity.
