Responsibilities

• Prepare content for client presentations and website uploads.
• Apply marketing templates to ensure consistency across all developed materials.
• Collaborate with internal designers and external firms through a structured review process.
• Maintain a universal storage system for all working files and design assets.
• Support additional marketing projects and research as required.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and PDF production.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong design sensibility with high attention to detail.
• Organized project management abilities to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a global team.

Preferred Skills

• Basic video editing or production skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, business communications, and social media marketing.
