Description

Oversee Marketing Cloud tool implementation and digital marketing strategy execution. Ensure automation initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, developers, IT, and third-party vendors.
• Define automation workflows and customer journeys; oversee email and push notification testing and optimization.
• Monitor campaign outcomes, report KPIs (engagement, open rates, conversions), and provide post-project analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program management, specifically with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage complex digital marketing projects from planning to delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; serve as primary point of contact for internal and external teams.
• Experience defining automation workflows and optimizing customer touchpoints.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and data accuracy standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot platform functionality issues and resolve project blockers.
• Experience providing training and support to internal teams on best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with campaign performance reporting and KPI analysis.
• Background in implementing process improvements for project management and execution.
