Description

You will lead the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of marketing initiatives, programs, and campaigns within AEC and Corporate Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, including scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Platform, Finance, Digital Experience, and Revenue Marketing.
• Develop and manage project budgets to ensure delivery against established business goals.
• Identify risks and opportunities across multiple cross-functional workstreams and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Refine PMO processes, governance, and standards by modeling business process improvements and identifying workflow inefficiencies.
• Prepare and submit concise activity and progress reports to ensure deadlines are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project lifecycles from initiation through closure.
• Experience working with Product Management, Platform, Finance, and Digital teams.
• Understanding of core marketing principles, including GTM strategy and campaign activation.
• Strong ability to develop strategic project plans and manage complex budgets.
• Proven track record in problem-solving and meticulous execution detail.
• Ability to model and simulate business process improvements and 'what if' scenarios.
• Strong communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
