Develop and manage marketing automation programs, smart campaigns, and engagement streams in Adobe Marketo Engage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing automation programs, smart campaigns, and engagement streams in Adobe Marketo Engage.
• Create and customize email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and scripting for dynamic content.
• Integrate Marketo with CRM systems (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure seamless data flow and campaign tracking.
• Perform advanced audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance analysis to optimize results.
• Monitor campaign metrics and generate reports to provide insights and improve marketing effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in marketing automation.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Marketo Engage.
• Expert-level proficiency in building smart campaigns, engagement programs, and advanced audience segmentation.
• Strong experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce/Dynamics).
• Hands-on expertise in HTML/CSS and scripting for campaign customization.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaign strategies and enhance lead management processes.
