Description

You will manage web analytics implementation, debugging, and privacy compliance across production and non-production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and debug web analytics code, tracking pixels, and Adobe Analytics APIs within Tag Management Systems.
• Develop front-end UI/UX for privacy banners and personalization using JavaScript.
• Deploy A/B tests and personalized user experiences through Salesforce Personalization.
• Execute customer journey analysis to provide actionable insights for engagement and conversion.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA by managing cookie tools and privacy-enhancing technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in web analytics implementation.
• Expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch TMS.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, asynchronous programming, and DOM manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with OneTrust Cookie tool.
• Experience with Sitecore 10.0 and Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Knowledge of web analytics implementation via Web SDK.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations and encryption methods.
• Proficiency with ObservePoint, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to work with Adobe Analytics APIs and real-time event functions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with prompt engineering and generative AI experiments for campaign propensity scores.
