Description

You will orchestrate omni-channel customer experiences as a technical and strategic advisor using the Adobe Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to gather requirements, identify gaps, and present solutions with supporting documentation.
• Analyze client data and monitor campaigns to provide recommendations for optimization and performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain expertise in marketing technologies to advise on technical roadmaps and strategic decisions.
• Provide technical support and consulting services to align marketing software use with client environments and industry best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation for marketing processes and deliver training on software and strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with marketing software, tools, and strategies.
• 3-5 years of experience specifically within Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
• Expertise in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, AEM, Adobe Assets, Adobe Workfront, and Adobe Audience Manager.
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Knowledge of web analytics, SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
• Understanding of software engineering practices and the SDLC.
• Knowledge of customer journeys and journey mapping.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe certifications.
