Description

Lead the strategic direction and roadmap for MarTech products across North American and European markets.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic product roadmap by collaborating with clients, partners, sales, marketing, and engineering.
• Present product capabilities to customers and refine requirements based on direct feedback.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features within agile development teams.
• Evaluate product profitability, development spending, and market trends to maintain competitive positioning.

Required Skills

• 7-10+ years of professional experience in the MarTech domain.
• 5+ years of MarTech product management experience specifically in the North American market.
• Proven experience defining and providing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.
• Expertise in MarTech within the telecommunications and retail industries.
• Deep understanding of digital channels and the application of AI in marketing.
• Experience working in international, distributed teams.
• Strong proficiency in agile methodologies and Scrum.

Preferred Skills

• Product Owner or Product Manager certification.
• Experience with AHA Roadmap Planning, Confluence, or Jira.
