Description

You will administer the Merchandise system, ensure data accuracy, and resolve technical issues for business partners.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Merchandise system by reviewing and implementing changes to parameters, formats, and enhancements.
• Manage daily work tickets for the Master Data team, resolving invoice issues or escalating within SLA guidelines.
• Partner with IT, Merchandising, MP&I, and Ecommerce teams to define system settings and troubleshoot performance.
• Ensure Master Data consistency by adhering to enterprise data governance fundamentals.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshooting efforts across SAP and PIM systems.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of direct experience in business analysis or process improvement.
• Applied knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with PIM/PXM systems.
• Working knowledge of Merchandising, Ecommerce, Omni-Channel, and Supply Chain processes.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into non-technical terms for business partners.
• Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments with shifting timelines.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S4.
• Direct experience with PIM/PXM systems.
