Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of master data, bridging business requirements with technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Profile source data to identify structural conflicts and recommend resolutions.
• Conduct entity resolution to manage matching, merging, and semantic conflicts.
• Decompose high-level requirements into Epics, Features, and concise user stories.
• Diagram business processes using context diagrams and data flow diagrams.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and execute Quality Analyst functions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering business data analysis artifacts.
• 5+ years as an Agile Business Analyst using Scrum methodology.
• Expertise in enterprise data management and the SDLC.
• Experience with reporting systems including Operational Data Stores, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and Data Marts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Access, and Visio.
• Ability to translate product strategy into specific dataset requirements.
• Strong experience in defining acceptance criteria and managing the acceptance process.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP, CSPO, or CDMP certifications.
• Experience with Team Foundation Server and automated testing tools like Test Complete.
