Description

You will manage the end-to-end data lifecycle and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for master data management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Profile source data to identify conflicts and determine resolution strategies.
• Conduct entity resolution, attribute mapping, and metadata management.
• Decompose requirements into Epics, Features, and concise user stories.
• Diagram current and proposed processes using data flow and context diagrams.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and assist the Product Owner with backlog maintenance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience delivering business data analysis artifacts.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with strong Scrum knowledge.
• 5+ years of experience writing complex queries to analyze data.
• Experience with enterprise data management and translating strategy into dataset requirements.
• Proficiency in defining acceptance criteria and managing the acceptance process.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server).
• Strong written and oral communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).
• Experience with Team Foundation Server and work item tracking.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Test Complete.
