Description

You will design, implement, and operationalize the Profisee MDM platform to establish enterprise master data capabilities for P&C insurance operations. You own the end-to-end configuration, integration, and governance of critical business data assets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and deployment of Profisee MDM, including entity modeling, stewardship workflows, matching/merging rules, and survivorship logic.
• Architect master data domains for Policy, Customer/Party, Agent, Vendor, Location, and Product reference data tailored to insurance needs.
• Design MDM integration patterns using REST APIs, Azure Service Bus, and Event Hub for bi-directional synchronization with upstream and downstream systems.
• Define and monitor Data Quality KPIs, conduct root cause analysis on data issues, and drive remediation efforts with source system owners.
• Collaborate with Data Governance stakeholders to establish golden record definitions and maintain technical documentation including solution designs and runbooks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in enterprise data management with at least 3+ years of hands-on, production-level experience with the Profisee MDM platform.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Microsoft Purview.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines for data platform automation.
• Experience with data cataloging, metadata management, and building Delta Lake or Medallion architecture pipelines.
• Demonstrated experience delivering MDM solutions within financial services or insurance domains.
• Ability to configure Hub, Spoke, and Registry styles of MDM and integrate with systems like Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
