Manage and maintain master data records including customer, vendor, product, material, and employee data.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards.
Perform data cleansing, validation, enrichment, and deduplication activities.
Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and data owners to resolve data quality issues.
Support data governance initiatives, policies, and procedures.
Analyze data discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Create and maintain documentation related to data standards, workflows, and processes.
Generate reports and dashboards related to data quality metrics and MDM activities.
Participate in system upgrades, data migration, and integration projects.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data management and governance.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Analysis.
Strong understanding of data quality principles and data governance frameworks.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data management tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with MDM tools such as Informatica, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere, or similar.
Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, finance, or enterprise operations environments.
Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools.
