You will manage the integrity and governance of organizational master data.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain master data management policies and procedures.
• Lead data migration during ERP implementations and manage subsequent data updates.
• Establish and enforce data governance protocols to ensure quality and compliance.
• Develop and maintain master data dashboards to track data quality and integrity.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive data-driven processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in master data management.
• Proven experience leading ERP implementations, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
• Strong understanding of master data management principles and best practices.
• Expertise in ERP systems and data integration techniques.
• Proficiency in MDM toolsets and Data Governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modelling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in data visualization tools.
• Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at various levels.
