Description

You will manage enterprise-level master data integrity and consistency across platforms and business units. You own the full lifecycle of data modeling, validation, hierarchy management, and security for sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Lead data transformation and mapping activities to migrate legacy data to SAP S/4HANA.
• Translate business requirements into data models that support reporting and BI solutions.
• Design data exchange interfaces for integrating business applications.
• Develop and deploy procedures for periodic master data audits to identify and clean corrupt or duplicate data.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to implement data strategies, policies, and controls.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working with SAP in a CPG manufacturing environment.
• Direct experience with ERP system implementation, specifically SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven background in master data governance and administration.
• Expertise in at least one business area: Product Lifecycle, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, or Accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong understanding of relational and non-relational database concepts.
• Experience documenting business workflows, processes, and requirements.
• Ability to interpret cross-functional data standardization requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
