You will manage the full lifecycle of master data, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and trustworthiness across systems.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, maintain, and delete master data records while adhering to strict data policies and standards.
• Verify and ensure proper communication of SAP data to Engineering Software for accurate Bill of Material (BOM) creation.
• Participate in programs that optimize business functions through data-driven insights.
• Maintain data quality by implementing and following standard procedures and quality processes.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related technical/STEM field.
• 3+ years of experience in an operations environment.
• Proven experience as a Master Data Specialist or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems.
• Thorough knowledge of data tools and master data management principles.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Master Data Management and implementation.
• Understanding of master data terms and standard procedures.
