Description

You will manage and maintain master data elements to support Cell Therapy treatment center account management and patient scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain master data entries for apheresis centers, treatment centers, and personnel.
• Implement and review master data within SCLT systems to facilitate clinical and commercial patient enrollment.
• Collaborate with regional teams in NorAm, EU, and APAC to refine cross-functional account management processes.
• Assist with reporting and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Identify process gaps and provide input for future state account management workflows.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of work experience or a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience managing master data in a supply chain or patient operations setting.
• Proficiency with APEX, GPS, Oracle, or SAP.
• Experience with SCLT systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in an office-based environment with at least 50% in-office attendance.
• Ability to manage information organization and planning tasks independently.
• Capacity to work with global, cross-cultural teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Cell Therapy operations.
• Prior experience in planning, scheduling, or managing operations.
