Description

You will own the end-to-end creation and maintenance of master recipes and MES activities within a biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and control master recipes and master data, including the design of reusable building blocks for multiple processes.
• Map processes using Visio and execute recipe design, testing, dry runs, and business verification.
• Convert paper batch records and legacy EBRs (P2C2, PMX, etc.) into modern EBRs using existing functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in workshops to align recipe designs with business, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Build and verify recipes requiring integration with SAP, IMS, and Catalyst.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in MES recipe and master data management.
• Expertise in Pharma Suite and AMPS specific functionalities.
• Deep understanding of biopharmaceutical manufacturing, including formulation, aseptic, drug substance processing, and packaging.
• Proficiency with Agile software development methodologies and JIRA.
• Experience using ALM for application lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of good documentation and testing practices.
• Experience with automation tools such as QTest and Tosca.
• Any Graduate degree.
