Description

You will manage data integrity and product listings for the ecommerce platform. You own the end-to-end process of preparing, validating, and uploading masterfile data to online sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Compile and prepare product data for upload using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Upload files to designated internet sales points to ensure brand products are available in the market.
• Perform initial checks against marketplace policies to ensure compliance before publication.
• Report project status and data issues to Junior and Senior Team Leads.
• Execute assignments in a timely manner within a small, autonomous team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data management or operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation.
• Strong analytical skills to identify data errors and policy violations.
• Experience with High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments or large-scale data processing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ecommerce platforms or digital asset management systems.
