Description

Manage network-level material and contract volumes to ensure manufacturing availability while optimizing working capital.

Responsibilities

  • Build, analyze, and distribute raw and packaging material forecasts for capacity planning.
  • Develop long-range replenishment strategies to balance supply availability with inventory investment.
  • Execute new product innovations and productivity projects by managing network transition plans.
  • Drive inventory reduction through SAP MRP parameter optimization and lean principles.
  • Lead financial forecasting and mitigate supply chain losses through transfers, liquidations, and supplier buybacks.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of applicable experience in supply chain or materials management.
  • Proficiency with SAP or other ERP/APS software.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP MRP and supply chain cycle management.
  • Strong analytical skills for managing projected volumes, capacity, and supplier performance.
  • Ability to manage priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills under tight timelines and exception-based management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, O9, or OMP.
  • Project Management experience.
