Description

Develop engine sub-system algorithms, control system calibrations, and validation lifecycles from test bench to field deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop engine sub-system calibrations using Calterm, CalbertNG, CDM, PowerMatch, and RDE.
• Validate calibrations in open and closed loop test benches for various ECMs.
• Support validation activities across test cells, engine plants, field tests, and OEM installations.
• Perform vehicle-level system validation for Engine and Powergen features.
• Conduct Fault Tree Analysis to identify root causes for high-priority field and OEM issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in engine calibration or control systems development.
• Expert-level proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink.
• Experience with C2ST, build tools, and PTC Windchill configuration management.
• Ability to perform debugging and root cause analysis using Fault Tree Analysis.
• Experience working with global architecture and delivery teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with LUIS, INSITE, PCAN Explorer, and oscilloscopes.
