Description

You will provide second-level technical support for production systems, resolving issues within defined SLAs and managing build and release activities.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issue tickets.
• Manage build and release activities, including minor software release migrations.
• Collaborate with Core Developers, Service Analysts, and QA Engineers to resolve software problems.
• Utilize Jira for issue tracking and participate in regular client ticket review meetings.
• Provide after-hours phone support as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software support or development.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases including Oracle and MS SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Tomcat and WebSphere application servers.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Competency in HTML5.
• Any Graduate degree.
