Description

Design and develop Maximo solutions from 7.6 through 9.0, translating client requirements into feasible specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and convert them into design specifications.
• Develop Maximo solutions by studying system flow, data usage, and work processes.
• Investigate problem areas and design appropriate fixes for customization, integration, and reporting.
• Plan and estimate development stories based on established designs.
• Compile documentation, flowcharts, and code comments for all deliverables.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Maximo design and development.
• Proficiency in Maximo Design and Maximo 7.6.
• Ability to develop Maximo solutions, including customization, integration, and reporting.
• Experience modifying code to fix errors, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces.
• Familiarity with Maximo/MAS administration and system patching.
• Capability to work on Maximo mobile and provide fixes during enhancements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Maximo 8.1 and 9.0.
• Proven ability to provide solutions independently through business discussions.
