Description

• Configure and maintain Maximo data, classifications, attributes, and domains
• Configure workflows, security groups, communication templates, and other application components
• Import, update, and maintain records using MaxLoader
• Support functional testing, troubleshooting, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Configure and maintain reports, Start Centers, queries, and dashboards
• Modify application configurations based on approved requirements and user feedback
• Develop end-user documentation and training materials
• Deliver user training and provide post-go-live support
• Provide onsite support to Facilities and Operations teams during testing, deployment, and stabilization
• Assist with day-to-day support while collaborating with third-party vendors

Required Qualifications

• Must have experience with IBM Maximo MAS 9
• 5–10+ years of hands-on Maximo experience; seeking a senior-level consultant who can contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up
• Strong experience with Maximo configuration, including workflows, security groups, classifications, attributes, communication templates, and reporting
• Experience using MaxLoader for data imports and maintenance
• Experience supporting implementations, testing, UAT, deployment, and training
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend practical solutions based on prior experience
• Strong communication, documentation, and execution skills
• Comfortable working across a variety of functional tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Experience supporting users in facilities/operations environments, including handheld device/mobile use cases
