Description

Configure and maintain IBM Maximo MAS 9 applications, workflows, and data structures while supporting full implementation lifecycles including testing, deployment, and user training.

Responsibilities

• Configure Maximo data, classifications, attributes, domains, workflows, security groups, and communication templates.
• Import and maintain records using MaxLoader; modify application configurations based on approved requirements.
• Develop end-user documentation, training materials, and deliver user training sessions.
• Support functional testing, troubleshooting, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Facilities and Operations teams.
• Provide post-go-live support and collaborate with third-party vendors for day-to-day maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5–10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo MAS 9.
• Deep expertise in Maximo configuration, including workflows, security groups, and reporting.
• Proficiency with MaxLoader for data imports and maintenance.
• Experience supporting implementations, testing, UAT, and deployment phases.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend practical solutions based on prior experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills with a focus on execution.
• Experience supporting users in facilities/operations environments, including handheld device/mobile use cases.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a senior consultant capacity.
