Description

You will provide Level 2/3 technical support and system enhancements for IBM Maximo in Wilmington.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting for Maximo and Maximo Mobile.
• Configure and customize Maximo modules using automation scripts and Mbo customization.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Maximo integrations and workflows.
• Build and customize Maximo reports using BIRT reporting and SQL queries.
• Execute data validation and system uploads into Maximo.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience with Maximo 7.6.
• 2-3 full cycle implementations of IBM Maximo as a Technical Lead.
• 5+ years in Maximo Level 2/3 support roles.
• Expertise in Maximo Mobile, customizations, integrations, and automation scripts.
• Proficiency in Maximo BIRT reporting and writing queries.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Maximo Application Suite v9.
• IBM Maximo certification.
• Experience with third-party platform integrations.
