Description

You will provide Level 2/3 technical support and system optimization for IBM Maximo environments.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Level 2/3 support for Maximo and Maximo Mobile, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Configure and customize Maximo modules using automation scripts and Mbo customization.
  • Develop and maintain system integrations and optimize workflows.
  • Build and customize Maximo reports using BIRT Reporting and SQL queries.
  • Manage data validation and system uploads into Maximo.

Required Skills

  • 8-10 years of experience with Maximo 7.6.
  • 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of IBM Maximo as a Technical Lead.
  • 5+ years in Maximo Level 2/3 support roles.
  • Expertise in Maximo Mobile, customizations, integrations, and automation scripts.
  • Proficiency in BIRT Reporting and writing queries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
