Description

Manage master data integrity, system configuration, and Agile workflow optimization in an on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Manage program implementation of Agile ECR, ECO, and MCO analysis to optimize throughput and meet SLAs.
• Translate BOM setups into system readiness and perform system configuration management.
• Execute change management and document control by setting up workflow roles and auditing changes for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and triage tickets by collaborating with upstream and downstream partners.
• Support NPI, sustaining, and compliance projects by managing multiple priorities across different lines of business.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in MDM or related data management roles.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Hands-on experience with Agile PLM/manufacturing workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Tableau for data analysis.
• Experience with Change Management and system validations.
• Proven ability to manage BOM setups and system configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across NPI and sustain programs.
