Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and integrity of master data in financial systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Conduct thorough reviews and validation of vendor information, including contact details, payment terms, and banking information to prevent errors and ensure compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of master data management practices.
• Work closely with procurement, accounts payable, and other finance teams to resolve any discrepancies and support seamless financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations related to vendor management and prepare reports on master data metrics.
• Participate in finance projects, including system upgrades and implementations, impacting master data across multiple domains.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to master data management.

Experience Required: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in master data management

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
