You will architect and govern the enterprise data landscape.

Responsibilities

• Define Data & Analytics architecture, implementing multiple large volume projects across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Evaluate Data Engineering & Analytics Tools/Techniques/Approaches and determine impact on strategic objectives.
• Manage the overall implementation of data architecture initiatives.
• Collaborate with Senior & Mid-Level Management to align business process initiatives with data strategy.
• Design, validate, and implement projects across hybrid infrastructure (on-cloud to on-premises and vice versa).

Required Skills

• 14+ years of IT experience, with 12+ years in Data Engineering, Data Modeling, DW, MDM, RDM, Data Lineage, Data Governance, and Meta Data Management.
• 10+ years defining Data & Analytics architecture for large volume projects (preferably AWS).
• Expertise in setting up Data Lakes and analytical environments.
• Experience with Data Engineering/Big Data tools including Python, PySpark, Kafka, APIs, Talend, and BODS.
• Proficiency with relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience building data pipelines, ingestion, integration, preparation, and traditional Data Warehouses/DataMarts.
• Strong experience with data modelling techniques using tools like Erwin or ER Studio.
• Experience in message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable big data stores.
