Description

You will design and lead Master Data Management solutions for large-scale client engagements across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead MDM analysis, design, development, administration, and integration workflows.
• Review designs independently and conduct code reviews to ensure project quality.
• Perform hands-on data analysis within and outside of data warehouses.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, account, and sales teams to support Data & AI deal pursuits.
• Prepare high-quality client documentation and technical presentations.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of technical knowledge in Master Data Management.
• 10+ years of experience in MDM analysis, design, development, and integration using tools such as Profisee, Ataccama, Informatica MDM/360, Reltio, or Semarchy.
• 12 to 17 years of work experience at a reputable Data & AI services firm.
• Expertise in data consolidation, data management, and data governance.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Practical experience in designing application architecture.
• Deep understanding of data warehouse environments.
• Technical certifications from Profisee or other MDM tool providers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client storytelling and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Decision Sciences.
• Ability to travel up to 15% within Europe.
